GEM Teams offers exciting short-term mission opportunities to help build the Kingdom of God across Europe.
With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in organizing and leading volunteer teams throughout Europe. Our work includes providing practical services and facilitating evangelistic outreach efforts.
GEM Teams handles all the preparation by networking with European ministry partners that can benefit from a short-term team. We coordinate the logistics between these local ministries and the short-term teams, providing members of our staff to lead the teams on-site to ensure effective ministry. We also strive to immerse each team in European culture, allowing them to interact with locals, work side-by-side, and share meals. Beyond the project work, teams enjoy excursions that offer a deeper understanding of the lives and ministries they are supporting.
What does a team look like?
GEM Teams welcomes church-based or university groups and individuals ready to invest their time and talents in serving God and bringing Him glory. While professional skills and experience are valued and necessary for certain projects, every team member must have a willing heart and hands.
Team sizes vary based on the specific project. Mature young adults (15 and up) are encouraged to join with proper adult supervision. Trips typically last between 10 and 14 days.
You will be responsible for raising the applicable fees which cover your food, lodging, local transportation, and more while you're on the ground serving with us.
